La Bas Beach

An “Atoll” like sand bar on the Northern part of Marigot bay…..

A great place for swimming and sunning… And if you enjoy water sports, “Aquarius Water World” rents snorkelling gear, kayaks, windsurfs, water bikes and paddle boards.

On the South side (side of the road)
you will find the Marina Village, that offers many conveniences such as a bank with ATM machine, a small grocery store, restaurants and boutiques.

In all there are 7 restaurants and little bars in the bay… all worth discovering.

Along the dock of the marina, you will see some fabulous sail boats and yachts coming from all over the world…

On The Water

If a day or half day sail strikes your fancy, one can be easily arranged for you…

Kayaking:
you can kayak all around Marigot Bay or exit the bay and pass in front of Trou Volant cove and our villas and around the ridge, to find a beautiful secluded beach named Roseau; then enter a jungle river passing through the banana plantations…a truly great adventure!

Scuba diving:

Beaches of St. Lucia

Apart from the lovely beach in Marigot Bay,
St. Lucia possesses a number of other beaches accessible by car and in certain cases, only by water taxi, which says a lot about their intimacy!

Of course, half the pleasure of these beaches is getting there and along your way, you will enjoy so much beautiful scenery and get a chance to take some great pictures.

So pack a lunch, hop into your vehicle, or water taxi, and explore this great island; spend a day on a quiet, natural beach… a great time awaits you!


St. Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival

Every year in early May is Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival. This event attracts major artists of international acclaim and Jazz lovers from all over the world.
